The Westgarth home was restored and renovated throughout with only minor changes to the main living area. A leaky upstairs ensuite was rebuilt to exacting standards and a chimney was successfully saved to satisfy heritage needs while fully demolished below the ceiling to clear the way for a dining room. Joinery throughout in a combination of marble, Corian, and chocolate Emporite all by Motto Furniture. Hydronic in-floor trench heaters along the window walls fit seamlessly into the black stained overlay floor. A dowelled balustrade wall contrasts the Emporite panels on the stairs and hides a discreet cocktail cabinet.
